Terms of Service

This Terms of Service sets out how Citra Cleaning Co. conducts its business and offers its services to its customers. We may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. Although, note that this is just a main brief of our full Terms of Service. This current policy is effective from the 1 of August 2024.

 

Quote Acceptance

We will provide you with a written quote for carrying out cleaning services within your property. Any quote we issue is valid for 30 days from the date of its creation. We reserve the right to cancel or amend quotations at any time. If you wish to accept a quote you must let us know in writing.

 

Cleaning Terms

We must be able to access your property on the day of your scheduled clean. If we cannot access your property we may still charge you full price. Citra Cleaning Co. reserve the right to refuse cleaning services.

 

Payments

We accept payment by cash, card machine or bank transfer. We'll send you confirmation by email once the payment been processed. If your payment fails we'll contact you to take payment by another means. Failing to provide a new payment method or responding may result in cancellation of your service without further notice. Any Service must be fully paid in 72 hours. One Off Services must respect the conditions agreed.

 

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your cleans are always guaranteed for 24 hours. If you have any issues, get in touch by emailing citracleaningco@gmail.com as soon as you can and we'll put it right (normally within 30 days).

 

Refunds and Complaints

If any aspect of our service does not meet your expectations and you would like to make a complaint, or if you would like to request a refund please email us at citracleaningco@gmail.com. We will review your complaint and reply within 7 working days.

 

Cancelling Your Service

If you wish to cancel the Services within 24 hours or less of the agreed stat time, You will be required to pay the full price for the provision of the Service. If You give 24 or more hours notice, but less than 48 hours notice, You will be required to pay 50% of the total price. 

Once we have begun providing the Services, you are free to cancel or amend the Services and the Contract at any time by giving Us 30 days written notice.
